was established in 1983 and has since served and earned the

and communication industries. Our parent company is WASSCO
(www.wassco.com),
a 46 year old distributor of production soldering material
and supplies. Our product offerings compliment each other
and allow us to fully serve the electronics industry with
a wide array of products.
Over the years, Time Motion Tools has steadily become the
prominent supplier of tools, equipment and information to
the electronic, computer and communication industries. With
a concentration on customer service, our goal is to make your
buying process faster, easier and more informative. This focus
assures we will continue to grow with our customers.
In the past few months, we have made major changes to our
web site in hopes of creating a marketplace where our customers

Minimum Orders
Minimum export order is U.S. $50.00, F.O.B. shipping point.
Canada, U.S. Possessions, Embassies and U.S. Government Installations

Payment may be made by confirmed irrevocable Letter of Credit

Term of Sale
Standard export quotation pricing is F.O.B. shipping point,
Poway, CA, at which point legal title and responsibility for
goods is transferred to the buyer. C&F, C.I.F. and F.A.S.
quotation will be offered upon request. Charges for insurance
and shipping will be added to the invoice. A handling charge
will apply for special consular certification, export documentation
or special packaging for sea freight. Buyer is responsible
for tariffs or import duties.
Shipping
Orders will ship via the most economical and suitable method,
unless other arrangements are made at the time of the order.
We reserve the right to select the air carrier, freight forwarder
and shipping method to ensure damage free, on time delivery
of your merchandise. Same
Day Shipping on all in-stock orders placed 8:00
a.m. to 5:00 p.m. within the continental United States.

- In stock orders placed between 5:00 am PST and 12:30 pm PST will ship the
same day on approved credit, and arrive with in 3-5 business days.
- Order(s) ship via United Postal Service (UPS), unless you specify another
carrier.
- For overnight delivery, your order(s) must be received by 3:00 pm PST (
48 contiguous United States ).
- PURCHASE ORDERS: an additional $3.95 handling charge is applied to your
order.
HAZARDOUS MATERIALS:
- An additional $20.00 shipping charge will apply to each package consisting
of hazardous materials.
- Hazardous Materials can only be shipped within the 48 contiguous United
States.
- Hazardous material cannot be shipped via air freight overseas or in certain
quantities within the United States
Bulky items may exceed the normal dimension / weight allowed by our carriers.

In order to receive our extended 5-year warranty (on tool

Packaging and Shipping
All kits are shipped assembled and ready to use unless you
want them shipped otherwise. Just let us know when you place
your order. We can ship almost anywhere in the world. For
advanced payment (credit card, check orders) please add shipping
and handling charges per chart on the order form. For open
accounts, orders are shipped F.O.B. from our warehouse in
Poway, California.
